Monthly check-ins, pre-arrival preparation, post-departure closing, and peace of mind while you're away. We catch problems early and keep your home ready for when you return. Available for clients we already work with.

We're a husband-and-wife team who spent 25 years building, renovating, and selling homes in Connecticut before moving to Orihuela Costa. Mauricio brings the craftsmanship; Mar brings the owner's eye, shaped by years in real estate and an instinct for what a home needs to feel right.
We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so nothing gets lost in translation. Every job comes with before-and-after documentation as standard. We work the way we'd want someone to work on our own home: carefully, cleanly, and with no surprises on the invoice.

- We come to see the job in person, measure properly, and send you a written quote with a clear breakdown. No verbal estimates that grow over time. The first visit is free and there's no obligation to proceed.
- How we charge
- Repairs and small jobs are charged per job, with the price agreed before we start. Renovations are quoted as scoped projects with milestones, so you always know what's been done and what's coming next. Home-care plans are monthly and cancellable any time.
- What's never extra
- The first visit, the written quote, travel within our service area, and before-and-after photo documentation. These are part of how we work, not add-ons.
